My Strategic Goals When Elected
- Improve the cost to operate the community year over year and long term while improving customer service levels.
- Establish and execute an open communications plan.
- Ensure all governing documents comply with state and county statutes.
- Study the possibility of purchasing the amenity provider (Cub) to bring it under the control of the HOA.
Issues to address as soon as possible
- Ensure Access Control infrastructure and process are cost effective and support an agreed to service level.
- Update irrigation systems to reduce cost of repair and have a consistent demarcation point.
- Improve communications and the community web page.
